The Harp Seal

This post is about the Harp Seal wich lives in the Arctic. There aren´t many of them because people often hunt them for their fur.Here is some information:

The harp seal has a gray body. Its eyes are  black .The baby harp seal  has a yellow-white coat at birth, but after three days, the coat turns white and stays white for about 12 days. Adult harp seals grow up to be 1.7 to 2.0 m long and weighs to 190 kg. It manly spends its time in the water where it hunts for fish and sometimes crabs. It sleeps on the ice, but never far from the water. Its enemies are mainly humans and polarbears. The adult has a plump body with lots of fat against the cold.Harp Seal
